R.R.B.P.O. INTERVIEW EXPERIENCES --II

Reached the venue at 7:30 and document verification started at 8:30.They gave us a white paper and asked to write any topic of 10 lines in local language which we have filled in application.The verifier officers are very friendly.

My turn came at 11:15. I entered the room and wished them individually.

There were 5 members in the panel,1 female and 4 male.They asked me to sit..now the game of interview started

M3: Oh Miss Ajanya..please sit down.

Me: Thank you sir

M3: ok tell me about ur father and ur mother?

Me: My father is an exservice man and mother is a homemaker..den

Fem: Then u travelled so many places with ur father:

Me: Yes mam..(ok good)

M2: 2015 passed out..very good and in which college u completed ur graduation?

Me: RGM COLLEGE,NANDYAL

M2: Where it is and who is the chairman of ur college?

Me: SRI SANTHIRAMULU GARU

M3: What is the importance of your village?

Me: I told them about the importance which I had studied in 7th standard.

M1: What is the bandwidth because i am an ece graduate.

Me: told (Remark good)

M1: Do you heard about VSB modulation?

Me: Sorry sir..I dont know..

M1: what is your hobbies?

Me: books reading and he asked me about books written by abdul kalam...told him

Fem:Any siblings?

Me: Yes mam, elder sister who got married and my young brother studying 8th standard

M2: What is your brother-in-law?

Me: Told

M4: Which crops are famous in ur region?

Me:told

M3: If u are seated in conuter then a customer comes and asks u what i have to do for opening an account then u said to him bring that doc this doc..he doesn't understands you..u have patience to make understand him about the documents/?

Me: Yes sir,obviously that is my duty.I have to be more patience when i sits in the counter because dat is my responsibilty..(satisfied with my answer)

M2: Atlast if u are posted in a rural area if ur father allows you to go?

Me: Yes sir..

RRB assistant interview experiance...

It was first int. Of my life for job . I was well prepared but at time i lost all.

(Central bank training college) Date- 24/11/15

2nd pannel time 1:00

Firstly document verification section, many fnds were not allowed due to incomplete document.

There were five person total 4 were male (M) and 1 female(F).

Me- May I come in sir

M1- yes yes come in smart boy sit please

Me- good morning sir and mam (but time was afternoon)

M1- please tell me your name and place .

Me- told name and my village.

M1-current session crops name.

Me- told

M1- how you can make "sattu" (hindi word)

Me told but not clear

M3 what is generic drug and branded drugs

Me-told but not exact.

M3- you have done engineering what is diff bw micro processor and micro controller

I am not satisfy with my answers but i was confident during interview.

Hi I’m Hritik Gupta and I am from Gola gokrn nath Lakimpur (kheri)

My Interview almost went for 10 minutes.

Entered into the panel and I wished them.

There were 5 members panle consisted of 1 lady who asked questions on technology, 1 member from local bank (he has been working in same regional office) who checked the local language proficiency and 2 were from other states. One man targeted the general knowledge. Another man asked questions from banking.

All question were based on the mock Interview. I was so nervous during mock but nervousness went away during real Interview, Because all the three members of our mock panel gave me special tips for being calm at the time of interview. No Questions were new. Sanjay sir’s psychological tips made me able to understand the height upto which an interviewer can go and Anjani sir’s banking knowledge gave me a headstart in Interview session and a huge experience of Mr. R. K. Sharma made us cool and fearless about the whole Interview process.

1. How many family member in your family?

Ans. I have four family member. Mumma, papa & my younger sister.

2. Are you belong from proper Lucknow or your home town (kheri)

Ans. Sir! I belong from Lakhimpur Kheri in a small twon ‘Gola Gokaran nathi’

3. Oh then you would know about Agriculture?

Ans. Sir! Yes sir you may ask.

4. You can speak English Fluently

Ans. Sir! I can try.

5. Good! Can you tell me the name of product which can be derived form sugar can.

Ans. Sir! Sugar is super product, Alcohol and Begas is used for making paper and other product.

6. Gur you have’t not told?

Ans. Sir! Yes I have forgetten.

7. Which act are constitute for reducing NPA, SEFESAI Act?

Ans. Yes Sir Securilization and Reconstruction……… Sir I have forget full name

8. Ok what authority provide this At to a Banker?

Ans. Sir its give authority to a bank take possession on properity of barrower and Actuen its properity and other right for hand actuess.

9. What is draft

Ans. Draft is a order letters which provide the service of transfer money from one bank to another on the demand of drawer.

10. What is cross cheque?

Ans. Cross cheque is the cheque which crossed by payer and ordered it to pay only in A/C.

11. What is the difference between cross cheque and Barear Cheque.

Ans. Sir Cross cheque crossed by payer and order it to pay only in A/c and barer cheque is free for payment to holder

12. A busiman can hold a KCC.

Ans. No! sir its issued on the basic of Crop credit

Me- sir in my graduation I had zoology, botany n chemistry so I have knowledge about crops, soil composition, fertilisers, plant's requirements etc. So I can contribute to agricultural awareness among farmers there plus I would create general financial awareness among the illiterate people in villages and would encourage them to be a part banking system.. So this way they would also benefit n bank's customer base would also increase

M2- So what does rrb do to help farmers?

Me- Sir then I would consider if there is market available for his flowers nearby

Panel: III

The interview process was delayed. Then we were taken for Document Verification and Language Proficiency Test. The instructions were written on a board to write on any topic in the languages you have given in not more than 10 lines.They gave each of  us a piece of paper. I wrote in Odia on a random topic and finally my turn for entering the interview room came at 6.00 PM.

There were 1 Female and 4 Males(M1, M2, M3, M4).

Interview was mix of English and Odia(Local language).

M1:Tell me something about yourself?

M2: What is your father does? Who else are there in your home? What is your mother does? What is your brother does?

Me: Explained

M1: Can you do a clerical job ?How can you manage? Because in the bank there will be persons with less qualification than yours and when they will be your boss won't you feel bad? Won't you have any ego problem??

M2: If you are posted in Mayurbhanj,a remote area,will your father allow you to go there?

Me: Explained in a very good way.

M3: What are your weaknesses?

Me:Answers Diplomatically

M1: After how many days bank accounts are treated as closed/inoperative?
